Nah, don't worry it's fine. A better delivery app like Deliveroo and Uber Eats , which won't let you place an order if they're aren't any delivery drivers available, rather than implying there's one for your order, area just better for reliability!

@JustEatUK @JustEatUK no need, after a customer service person told me to "wait 15 minutes more for a delivery driver to still not be assigned, even though you ordered it nearly an hour ago and will be some cold when/if it arrives" I cancelled, got a refund and uninstalled the JustEat app

@YodelOnline I apparently had an order delivered earlier today but I never got it, and what makes it worse is that the tracking claims they left it with someone else but "due to Covid" couldn't get a signature so now I have no idea where my delivery is

@GoBeautifulHalo If you want to get scammed order from this company; I ordered a XXL and 3XL item from them, and they sent me M/S sized clothes with XXL and 3XL tags on them.

And now the support staff are ignoring the photographic evidence that they aren't the right size!
