Something that may seem simple to most but was a new concept to me I recently understood.
I have been a digital nomad for approx 2 years (newbie to most) and found myself based up in Asuncion, not only for the tax benefits and cost of living but I genuinely liked the city; extremely convenient, lovely people, for the most part very safe, great food, peace and an awesome culture.
I still found myself unhappy, like I was missing something, like the weeks got repetitive. I spend HOURS researching into why? I had everything, good lifestyle, good income, good circle, good facilities.. why was I still not satisfied.
I recently went on a trip and realised that it’s key to have 2 places to rotate between that offer you two things entirely different.
If you’re stuck in one spot doing the same things with the same surroundings, your brain literally will not recognise time.. it will just feel like one continuous big block.
It’s important to rotate and change your surroundings.. give yourself new experiences instead of trapping yourself to one confined box
Grand Theft Auto: Paraguay | 🇵🇾.
An extremely accurate aesthetic depiction of Asunción 😂. The buildings, road conditions, public hospital waiting room, market, nightclub, etc.
It all really does look like this.
Now that CRUZ 🇧🇴 chads

I have heard the IDENTICAL sentence close a $30k deal and kill one.
The words were the same while the DELIVERY sucked.
Tone is the least trained skill in this industry.
Which makes tone the FASTEST edge available to you right now…
Think about asking a girl out and the whole thing gets obvious in 4 seconds:
→ The venue means NOTHING
→ The time of day means NOTHING
→ The wording of the ask barely registers
How you approach, and the tone carrying the question, decides the answer.
So here are the 5 tones worth owning, plus the drill:
1. Curious. Your default through discovery
Strips the accusation out of a hard question so he answers HONESTLY instead of defending a position.
2. Confused
"Hmm. Help me understand." Delivered gently, he hears the hole in his own reasoning without you pointing at anything. Go smug and the frame collapses ON THE SPOT.
3. Challenging. Once per call
"You have said this is the priority twice now and 14 months went by."
Used sparingly the line carries ENORMOUS weight.
4. Concerned. For the objection
Signals you care about his outcome rather than your commission, precisely when his guard sits HIGHEST.
5. Playful
Releases pressure when the call gets heavy and makes him feel like he speaks with a PEER instead of a vendor.
And there's 2 mechanics running underneath all five.
1. Silence
Founders fill the gap because discomfort feels like failure.
Leave a prospect alone with an unfinished thought and 3 things happen:
→ He finishes it himself
→ He says the part he planned to hide
→ He TRUSTS the version he just admitted out loud
2. The rising inflection
This is when your pitch climbs at the end of a sentence, so a statement lands like a question.
"We have helped over 100 companies improve their close rate?"
The claim is strong but the delivery asks for permission to believe it.
And he hears UNCERTAINTY, so he discounts everything after it.
End every proof line flat and DOWN.
Kill this one first.
Here's the drill for this week:
→ Record every call you take
→ Listen back with the WORDS switched off
→ Mark every line where your tone contradicted your claim
Delivery only
No scripts
No excuses
You will hear things NOBODY has ever had the standing to tell you.
P.S. If you want us to pull your call recordings, mark every tone break costing you deals, and show you how we would rebuild your sales infrastructure to close above 30% in 90 days DM me "TONE" and we will run the audit together.

Why not you?
Australia is cooked, and it breaks my heart.
You only have to read the comments from Australians on Instagram or X to see how twisted and naive many have become. Sometimes I even wonder whether I am reading real people or bots. Are people actually responding to what was written, or is AI manipulating what we see to provoke outrage and division?
Either way, Australia has become openly socialist and increasingly totalitarian. The leaders barely try to hide it anymore, while much of the population is too distracted, indebted or brainwashed to think clearly enough to resist it. They simply let it happen.
I believe a major part of this decline began when the country turned its back on God. Many will disagree, but I will not be pushed into submissive silence because the truth might offend someone.
Australia is not alone. The UK, Canada and other Commonwealth countries are undergoing the same shift in leadership, culture and control. Their people have become too weak or divided to fight back and reclaim what they once had.
I am ashamed that I ever served my country in the military or felt an ounce of patriotism for the system behind it. The rulers never possessed the patriotism they taught the working class. It was used to keep ordinary people loyal, obedient and ready to become numbers and fodder in wars that were often little more than business.
The world loves to hate the United States. Yet it remains the most successful and powerful country in modern history, and I would not be surprised if both America and the US dollar were still standing on top in twenty years.
America is deeply flawed. Its monetary system has been exposed, its government has bullied other nations, and the people running the show are not necessarily the good people living under it. But parts of the country still retain faith, loyalty, family and national pride. In my opinion, those are among the last things holding it together.
I suspect many of the same powerful interests weakening America are also helping collapse the other Western countries. Meanwhile, China presents itself as the alternative.
But as impressive as China’s development is, it is still ruled by the Chinese Communist Party. It spends heavily to project a lively and successful image, but beneath that is a rigid society where individual freedom comes second to power, control and national ambition.
The choice is not between good and evil. Governments everywhere appear filled with power-hungry and money-hungry people. The world runs on lies, and once you see that, it becomes difficult to view it with the same innocence again.
For all the faults of the people who control America, I would still rather live under the fading American Dream, buy a Ford, raise a family and own a house with a white picket fence than live under a communist system where the state openly controls every part of your life.
Perhaps both systems are forms of slavery in the end. One is simply freer and better disguised.
@ZssBecker Last Argument of Kings in the first law series - best grim dark i've read
Mistborn The Final Empire- that first book I felt had a different vibe to the rest of the series
Dreams of the Dying by Nicholas Lietzau- Niche book, the writer from Enderal wrote this as a spin off
@JakeNomada is there anywhere in particular you like in Colombia though?
like everyone says Medellin (Overtourism?),
I was thinking of Bogota or lesser explored cities in Colombia
I was looking more at the southern cone for Business then can fly anywhere in LATAM from there
Fact check: so far nothing written in the form of law or resolutions says so, and you would need a law for this (DNIT alone can't decide on new taxes).
But it is likely part of their plans for the future. Read on and I'll tell you one crucial thing towards the end, but to get there we need to start with other bad news.
CRS will come at some point in 2027 too.
It will get far less foreigners in here. I estimate 25 to 35% less.
And that's only Phase 1.
A new landscape is taking shape in Paraguay, it's evident:
1. Low and partial presence people, taking advantage of territoriality, will keep coming as before
2. Privacy maxi and crypto maxi will almost disappear
3. Developers of towers will go 90% extint, huge market shakedown
4. Investors who want to ride the wave of the economic boom will keep coming as before
And then the big 💣
Phase 2:
Residency services will go extint (or at least, barely surviving) due to online applications, killing all the marketing Paraguay has towards people that don't know it.
That will cause another 50% drop in foreigners coming to the country.
For every 100 foreigners coming last month, 35 will be coming at the end of 2027.
Mostly highly intentional people though.
Now, what you want to hear:
Who wanted this crypto regulation? The US
How sure am I? 100%
Did I think so? No
Why did I change my mind? A leaked Whatsapp chat that I had the chance to read. Pure luck (a person who came to the Gringo Night was on one side of the chat). You can trust me or not. I'm just saying I'm not 99%, I am 100% sure.
What does Paraguay get in return? No coincidence, I guess, that the IBD just committed billions of dollars in financing for infrastructural projects.
What do the US get in return, meaning why do they care so much about crypto regulation and CRS? I have absolutely no idea.
It's a net positive to the economy, aside from any personal opinions. There is literally no way that decreasing the appeal to foreigners can cause a damage that is higher than what the IBD committed to invest.
It's a different order of magnitude, with many more 0s on the line.
It's the end of one cycle (poor country but very free) and the start of a new one (booming country but with less freedom).
Play well your cards
