I just wonder if they might have a legit claim when comparing the situation to other medical redshirt decisions, this one was never getting granted

@VegasRebs True. Now, whether the NCAAs denial of the med redshirt for tonsillitis was actually acting in bad faith such that it establishes a substantial likelihood of success on the merits is a question for the court of appeals. - fellow attorney
