Was finally able to break through a plateau that I’ve been going through for a few months. Put up 305 bench after being stuck at 295 for the longest time. Best feeling ever!

Attempt at a 300 bench. Was close but couldn’t get it. Was able to hit 275 for a triple and 295 for a single before this

495 deadlift, almost hit it just couldn’t hold on to the bar. Going to need some chalk next time. Almost a new PR!

Glad to say I was able to hit 225 for 11 on the bench press today! Set a new Pr at 180lbs. Still lots of room for improvement!
