@yqraction I simply do not believe the new city manager came up with her budget figures, ignoring the homelessness issues, unanimously approved by the council on her own. What new employee is that bold. I think Masters gave her marching orders and she delivered.
Shame on her
As reported in the Leader Post despite an increasing population largely driven by immigration, Saskatchewan still saw more people move to other provinces and ranked near the bottom in overall gains, according to new data from Statistics Canada.
Saskatchewan has just recorded its largest population increase ever!
In the second quarter of 2022, our province grew by 6,465 people, making this the largest population jump in any quarter since Statistics Canada began releasing quarterly population counts in 1971.

@PierrePoilievre The carbon tax on fuel + its high cost generally would make tomatoes that were trucked all the way from Mexico should according to @CPC_HQ logic be much higher
The high cost just might be that the Mexican labourers make much less that the Cdn workers + farmer wants more profit
@deancain Why would you find that ridiculous?
People are still dying of COVID and you think it is ok to sit cheek by jowl on an airplane with no mask
Please stay home
@denisebatters@globalnews@RCMPSK She would politicize anything
It may prove to have been a real problem but the issue is perhaps a decision made by a small town RCMP detachment not the @CanadianPM
@ResistanceCats So many legions are so far from the veterans they once provided a space for. They have been taken over by people who never served
Most old vets would consider Topp a traitor
@JamieSale How dumb do you have to be to cite American law and thinking this somehow pertains to the @CanadianPM
Or perhaps we should be thinking how stupid those people who give up their hard earned dollars to hear the garbage you spout
About that headline inflation number โ 7% in August, year-over-year, down from 7.6% in July โ that mostly reflects what was happening earlier this year. Looking at the 3-month annualized numbers gives you a better look at whatโs happening now. And itโs โฆ much improved.
Of note: Poilievreโs new/old policy director David Murray (he was also his campaign PD) is an Ottawa lobbyist. Among his clients: the newspaper biz. Chances Poilievre will scrap newspaper subsidies (which he should! See a dozen of my columns): receding. https://t.co/ntqT4r17tF
@denisebatters@ctvqp By kicking out the ambassador you cut off the direct communication and all the back channels with Russia. It is not in our best interest to do that.
I am shocked that a Senator, particularly one who holds herself in such high esteem, would suggest such a thing
@TrueNorthCentre The real question is โHow do these catering companies get away with charging an arm and a leg for their mealsโ
Do they charge every client that much or just the government?
You have to know CEOs are not eating Kraft Dinner when they fly
If you think that we as Canadians are not capable of such severe hate towards our fellow citizens, let me remind you of the Muslim snitch line. The @CPC_HQ created a govt sponsored phone line and asked us to spy on our neighbours and report suspicious behaviour. We are not immune
