If new CGT legislation passes, their effective tax rate will increase to 77.5%.

@GusLefty @australian Resource companies operating in Norway territory have to by legislation provide “x-royalty” based on the Norwegian gov funding x-amount towards exploration/development.

In Aus, the onus is 100% on the resource company.
