@noahkagan@MediaKing I hadn’t logged into meta business manager in a few years. Looked at it a couple weeks ago and found out they permanently banned me. Support has been useless and I’m afraid it truly is permanent. Downside to these huge platforms is they really have all the control.
AI is getting really good. Was able to build a program this afternoon in Codex to fetch our carwash analytics every morning for the previous day. It now sends it to me and my manager in Slack.
We are able to see the credit card and quarter usage broken out by bay. This is useful to see because if one of the bays has really low usage, it can mean there was a problem with it.

@Karl_Luminus A lot of this depends on your basis. Every mom and pop property we bought was being run on easy mode but had little to no debt and a very low basis compared to market value.
@moseskagan Back when I owned apartments, we had this 3 floor complex. The top apartment we were renovating and the water line to the fridge sprung a leak. Had a waterfall from the 3rd floor all the way to the 1st floor. From that point on we never had fridges with water lines.
Great business move by my local great American cookie. They used to throw away the broken cookies, but now they put them in a cup with icing and sell them for $6.
