@asalisbury Thank you sir! The support team didn't quite fix our issue but gave the community enough info to get one.
I replied to the team to let them know the exact steps I used to get it working and shared the steps with others. Finally I can be happy hunting hehe thanks again andy.

@asalisbury Sure thing Andy its 50990, there's a few other lads with tickets floating around out there as we tried coordinating them but I'm not sure of their numbers.

@asalisbury Sorry for going to you directly to complain I've got the support ticket but hasn't been answered in over 2 weeks and my game just crashes on xbox and pc. Its immensely frustrating to be locked out with no reply. Appreciate you taking the time out to reply to me many thanks Andy

@XboxSupport hello , I bought a game on Ebay the seller had good reviews but I am worried I've now been scammed. The game works fine but the install method was strange.. it feels like something is wrong is there anyone I can chat to in support to check?

@Xbox_Amb_Teagan @XboxSupport An installer account with the game on it, i hadn't heard of it before and after seeing a video yesterday on g2a selling stolen keys I thought it could be same? If it's a scam I'm worried I could lose my xbox sorry if I sound stupid. Just dont know what to do.
