What Really Happened to John O'Keefe? My Theory

Karen Read has been exonerated finally, which has been more than obvious to all of us for many moons. But this begs the question, what really happened?

I have nothing more than a detailed understanding of the trial using research from far away, but some version of this scenario seems the most likely to me.

Be aware, I have no clue how accurate or inaccurate this is, this is just what makes sense to me.

I sincerely hope further investigation will reveal the truth, but I did a brief overview for brevity for the purpose of answering this persistent question so many people are still wondering.

I hope justice for John comes sooner than later.
