To much explanations will create more fear into the heart of the customer.

And you’d hear something like this:

Let me get back to you.

Instead, show confidence.

E.g 1:

Customer: Are you sure this hair is a Brazilian hair?

Don’t start explaining.

Do this instead:

Hair Vendor: This is Kilimajaro HairLine ma. I thought you heard about our superior quality was why you branched.

E.g 2:

Customer: Are you sure this rice won’t get sticky when I cook it?

Stop telling me it’s foreign or Basmati.

Say this instead:

That’s what me and my family have been eating for the past six months, because just like you, my husband does not like sticky rice.

Confidence is what you sell in business most times.

Build confidence.
