The plea of innocent civilians in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) has reached Europe.
Over the past few months, PoJK has been subjected to severe repression at the hands of Pakistani security forces. Reports of deaths, mass arrests, injuries, and alleged human rights violations have dominated the news, raising concerns about the situation in the region.
In a significant development, British MP Bob Blackman raised these concerns in the British Parliament, urging the UK Government to seek accountability and address the reported humanitarian situation in PoJK.
The issue has once again drawn international attention to Pakistan's actions in the territory it occupies illegally . As concerns over civilian safety continue, the international community should closely monitor developments and encourage respect for human rights, accountability, and the protection of civilians.
