Customer service is a joke with @Venmo / @VenmoSupport . Chat doesn't work, phone support doesn't provide an option to deal with platform errors. I guess the money they make on float with open balances isn't enough to hire enough customer service agents.
In what world does this make sense? The @audible_com app requires an online sync to listen offline? This is after I had opened up the same audiobooks while connected before I went somewhere without an internet connection!
2nd time I've discovered that @WEXIncNews dropped the ball and had my health insurance suspended!
To paraphrase the @SeinfeldTV rental car episode:
