@_ZachFoster@AdamRFisher@the_andrey_x I'd say in 15 hours of driving a week, 2.5-4 rides per hour, something that makes my hairs goes up 2-3 times a week. Usually when I'm picking up people from dinner after drinking a bit it seems
@_ZachFoster@AdamRFisher@the_andrey_x "you speak English without an accent, I can't understand most drivers. Why isn't that a requirement"
"You are the first driver I've had that doesn't speak with clicks and grunts (assuming farci?)
"I'm so glad I don't have to report another illegal immigrant driver"
@slye I'm in your area and have had a hell of a time finding someone who will do a proper load calculation up front without purchasing a system as well. I will pay for it gladly since I want to put in a multi zone ductless system but every HVAC person tries to just go with forced air
@UberEats Had an order delivered Wednesday afternoon that was ice cold due and uneatable due to Uber app giving the driver 3 additional stops for a place 5 minutes away and taking over an hour to get. Support refuses refund 3 times. We tossed the food, only fault is Uber here.
@MysticStock@fuckkiev@compliantvc The copay is not that low. gold level coverage haf the lowest amount for a primary care was I think 65. The key there is that is to primary care, usually for immediate care it's like 110. Finding a primary care is almost impossible especially to see them last minute for basics
@dollarsanddata They are also massively defending schooling, medical and public services. So it's free to live in florida if you don't need social services, don't drive on roads, and don't care about an educated public
@SickingerD48347@micyoung75 Except that's not at all how it works. The gun lobby paid a lot of money to say that any record could NEVER be computer controlled, so every gun serial etc is stored in a box to be manually looked up when requested.
@grok@shoryaDs7@james406@grok would a cyber truck be able to trek down the north rim and up the south rim while only using 2% battery and on auto pilot. Asking for a friend...
@MikeSki02922871@ChrisGloninger Because larger users, such as data centers, pay the same transmission cost as an individual, even though they use like 20000x the energy. Originally it was thought "increase energy usage by 2 times, we have 2 times the customers" so those costs would be spread our evenly
@Arkypatriot It took us almost 2 years to track down a birth certificate for my grandmother that was filed like 6 months after she was born. She doesn't know her exact birthday This does happen, it is getting rarer though. Id have zero issue with id laws if it was free like SSN numbers.
@OutofSpecDetail I miss having a frunk like once a month on a giant grocery trip, but the other 29 days I love having the extra leg room and back seat room (I'm in id4). The id4 has a flat cargo area and a frunk would be ok so groceries don't tip.
@tkulogo@TheoSaurus9@nypost Tesla is only alive because of the terrible carbon credit sales that were allowed. Without those Tesla would have crashed and burned year 3.
@DrInsensitive That is not at all what the minimum wage is. The minimum wage was set up to provide a decent standard of living. In fact during that quote the father of the minimum wage, fdr, even said if a business doesn't pay minimum wage then they should not be in business....i.e. Walmart
@RandyGoat If the lamps were installed correctly they do last forever and save power. The issue is that manufacturers arent held to telling the truth on packaging for testing, and the vast majority of LEDs aren't for enclosed fixtures, which is where most go. Heat kills them
