@drkeithsiau @OmarAla48853819 17 y/old neighbor just diagnosed this week w/alveolar rabdosarcoma. She developed a lump in mid foot which podiatry blew off x3 weeks. Primary Children’s hospital in SLC dx her after bx. I’ve never heard of aggressive cancer originating in foot. Be safe

Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) or severe Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS/TEN overlap).
Hand with significant redness (erythema), swelling (edema), widespread skin peeling in large sheets, and evidence of prior blistering (collapsed blisters with loose, detached epidermis). This is a classic presentation of sheet-like epidermal detachment with underlying inflammation.
These conditions form a spectrum of severe, life-threatening mucocutaneous reactions, most commonly triggered by medications (e.g., antibiotics, anticonvulsants, allopurinol, NSAIDs). They cause full-thickness epidermal necrosis, leading to blistering, positive Nikolsky sign (skin shears off easily with pressure), and large areas of peeling skin resembling a severe burn. The palm is a common site, and the appearance matches medical descriptions and images of TEN/SJS hands, where the epidermis detaches in wrinkled sheets over erythematous, edematous bases.

@j00ny369T We grow these in southern idaho. Guaranteed-they are sweet to taste and bitter as hell aftertaste! Cattle love them. They have to be processed to raw sugar then refined for actual sugar. It’s a big process but pretty amazing.
