I try to communicate with other grade level teachers to see what is working, strategies and ideas that are successful, work with other teachers to try new strategies. And named a culturizer of the week ☺️ Then the next week that culturizer is responsible for naming someone else or shouting out someone else for being a culturizer. It goes in our weekly eagles news👍

A girlie had moved to our school and she tried to be a tough cookie. Instead of being upset, I took time to talk to her and get to know her. I talk about how we are a team and we should try to help each other be successful.
