Burnout is a very common feeling amongst college students, described as feelings of stress and exhaustion, with over half of US university students experiencing emotional exhaustion in 2021. African American students are also 20% more likely to report psychological distress.

In Honor of Black History Month the Howard University Student Association would like to highlight our very own bison and celebrate them for their efforts on advocating for our community!
