Was asked by administration to re-format a document into a new template they provide.
The "template" appears to be made by someone who doesn't know how to use MS Word. It appears that almost everything is formatted manually without using Styles. Wtf.

Sigh. Being stressed from work is making me have loads of nightmares, which results in poor sleep, which makes me even more tired at work...

Doing tests with test pilots in a sim, and the pilots keep leaning left and right, because they usually do that in the real plane to slightly shift the CG to fix unwanted rolling motion. Unfortunately it doesn't work in the sim xD
