@lyft support still no response back from anyone . First I refuse to pay 15.00 when I’m the one going to him if he ever texted me back something this important was not handled correctly

@lyft late last night around maybe 10:30 received a text he had found them I knew they were there . So my driver drove 10 hours straight this is all her does he told me and couldn’t even look for my keys to at least tell me he had them so I texted him early this morning and suppo

@lyft I knew he had them as I have a key locater these are my office and house keys it would have taken him a minute to look . I continued to text support all day the received nothing back up until@10:00 pm it had been 10 hours I had to break into my home

@lyft I have been trying to get my keys back from a Lyft driver since yesterday at 10:30 am. I text the man right after he drove off that he had my keys no response I then texted customer support they said contact him I waited almost 3 hours they said he may be driving resting .
