Only flew @LATAMAirlinesUS because they are a @Delta partner and I like my miles but it was not worth it. I mean it may be worth it, if you enjoy horrendous customer service before and after your flights.

Now we are trying to update our flight with @LATAMAirlinesUS and can’t. Went to the airport even for help because the website doesn’t work and you call, and there is a lack of international languages so no help! How are you flying out of the US & have no one that can help.

We tried to pay for baggage on @LATAMAirlinesUS website and could not. Never worked. Got to the airport and they tried to collect 300 us for our bags. How? Got that handled then the bags were lost for 3 days.

Look… if you want to travel to South America, I highly recommend that you do not fly with @LATAMAirlinesUS. Lost bags for 3 days. Customer service doesn’t exists. The website, can’t check in, change flights, nothing. Want to call for help, bitch please… no one will answer.
