በግምገማው ላይ በዋናነት በቅር�� ወደ ስራ በሚገባዉ የወርቃማ መታወቂያ ካርድ (Golden ID card) በዉስጥ ሊካተቱ በሚገባቸዉ መረጃዎች እና ዲዛይን ፣ በአዲሱ የተቋሙ የፖርታል ሲስተም እንዲሁም ገቢና ወጪ መንገደኞችን በአሻራ ብቻ ማስተናገድ በሚያስችለዉ የ E-GATE አገልግሎት ለመጀመር የቅድመ ዝግጅት ስራዎች ዙሪያ ሃሳቦች ቀርበዉ ምላሽ ተሰጥቶባቸዋል።

ተቋሙ በየጊዜዉ እያከናወናቸዉ የሚገኙ የዲጅታላይዝሽን ስራዎች የፓስፖርት፣ የቪዛ፣ የትውልደ ኢትዮጵያ መታወቂያ እና ሌሎች አገልግሎቶችን እንዲሁም የቁጥጥር ስራዎችን ፍጥነት እና ጥራት በማሻሻል የደንበኞችን እርካታ እዉን በማድረግ ረገድ ትልቅ አስተዋጽኦ እያበረከቱ መሆኑን የአገልግሎቱ ዋና ዳይሬክተር ወይ���ሮ ሰላማዊት ዳዊት በግምገማዉ ወቅት ገልጸዋል።

ወይዘሮ ሰላማዊት አያይዘዉም አዳዲስ የዲጂታላይዜሽን ስራዎች በቶሎ በማጠናቀቅ በፍጥነት ወደ ተግባር ሊገቡ እንደሚገባ አሳስበዋል።
