NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ATHER.
Within 24 hours of delivery of my brand new Ather Rizta, I noticed a shady paint job, dents & holes on ONE side of the pillion grab handle.
The other side looks factory-fresh.
This doesn’t look normal for a new vehicle. @atherenergy @tarunsmehta

No clear explanation, only vague assurances like “everything is fine”.
I paid for a NEW scooter, not a compromised one.

Booked Ather Rizta Z 2.7 kWh after clear confirmation from dealership + written quotation explicitly mentioning 2.7 kWh. Booking done on 31 Dec (last day of festive offers). Later told I’ll be given 2.9 kWh instead, which I NEVER agreed to. This is clear mis-selling.@atherenergy

@atherenergy I've been keeping patience for 2 weeks now, this is unacceptable. This is mental torture plain and simple. I've been literally begging for the money which is mine, and got stuck solely by the dealership.

@atherenergy I’ve formally demanded refund initiation TODAY, with no more delays or excuses. This issue needs intervention from the highest authority. If unresolved by EOD, it only strengthens my consumer case.

@atherenergy Booked Ather Rizta on 31st Dec evening, the last day of festive offers. ₹46,000 was paid immediately after being clearly quoted Rizta Z 2.7 kWh. This issue was not caused by me. I should NOT lose my festive discount due to dealership mis-selling.
