@User_Cry_ It’s legitimately insane. We’ve gotten every other pack on release no issues, why is this one different? I could maybe understand a mistake, but taking this long to fix that mistake is atrocious customer service

@EmilySmithy3xa This one doesn’t really have an answer. The front has 15. Count the neck, arm, and body holes, that’s 4 more. So 19.

We don’t know how many holes are in the back. Could be 1 massive hole, could be more. You say 34 is the right answer, but the answer could vary.

@tylrlvsyou @BitLifeApp @candywriter They’ve acknowledged this. They SAID they’ll fix this early this week. It was fully intended to be included in legacy bitizenship, but a ‘technical error’ (mhm) prevented this.

@BitLifeApp Have you guys seriously not made a dedicated post about the director pack being excluded from old bitizenship? You’ve said in the comments of OTHER posts that it was a mistake but aren’t saying it outside of burying it in other posts. Odd that you aren’t making sure people know

@BitLifeApp I think it’d benefit you guys to make a new post addressing this so people who aren’t checking comments of an unrelated post can actually be made aware of this mistake. Burying the news behind another post doesn’t help get the word out there.

I’m a grandfathered bitizen from way back in the day. I should NOT be being promted to pay for the director pack. I sorely hope this is just an oopsie and not intentional, because, oof if this is intentional. You realize people will raise hell, right?

Also, fixing the refresh thing that’s been in the game since the beginning is scummy.

@soran0312_ There is no real answer. It’s supposed to trick you. We don’t know how big the holes on the backside are. It could be one huge hole, a few smaller ones, it could match the front, we don’t know.

@BitLifeApp Are you EVER going to fix your broken steak system? Aging up ten times does not maintain my streak when it is in jeopardy. It’s been this way since release. How hasn’t this been fixed??

@BitLifeApp Guys can you PLEASE address streaks being broken since release?? Whenever the star is cracked and your streak is “in jeopardy” no matter how many times I age up it doesn’t renew.

It’s been this way for weeks. Other people are having issues too, it’s not just me. Please fix this
