ベンゾ減薬中。デパスを処方され20年服用、頭痛が悪化。その後頭痛外来でリボトリールを処方され、ほぼ毎日偏頭痛に。月1エムガルティ💉レイボー服用リボトリール減薬→5年で断薬、マイスリー3年かけて最近断薬。近々、エチゾラム（デパス）減薬開始予定。橋本病、好酸球性食道炎。関係ない事もたまに呟きます😇
