@KagutaMuseveni & @PaulKagame: Two Sides of the Same Coin

Museveni and Paul Kagame have followed the exact same playbook for decades:

🔹 1990s: Museveni helped Kagame invade Rwanda from Uganda under the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF).

🔹 1996: Museveni and Kagame both invaded Congo together, creating armed groups to overthrow Mobutu.

🔹 1998-2003: When Laurent Kabila resisted foreign control in DRC CONGO, Museveni created rebel groups (RCD, MLC, etc.) to keep the war going.

🔹 2005-Present: M23 is just another rebranded version of these Rwandan-Ugandan-backed militias.

Even in South Sudan, Uganda backed certain factions in the civil war, showing that wherever there is conflict, Museveni and Kagame are often involved.
