finally on my jio request they have done the booking and payment done for 2 months plan on 21st Jan 2026 but till today they haven’t installed the device. Said Jio dont have enough device to install. How come you have taken booking amount?

@JioHotstar please fix the platform. If I am trying to watch “The family Guy” or “Simphsons” your platform will show me ads ads and ads. When ads finish after 20 seconds it will keeps on loading. If I go back and play again it will start the ads again for 10 sec and load again.
