9th day Jio Fibre is down with no resolution and no information on when it will be back on line. At the mercy of Jio.@JioCare

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare 8 days now and no resolution in sight

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

No resolution till today. More than a week since Jio Fibre is down. Disaster. @JioCare

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare How long ? Tomorrow or next week or next month? My work is held up

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

Jio Fibre down since 16th July. No resolution. 3 engineer visits planned. All cancelled. Beginning to lose hope now. Disaster.

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare No resolution till today. It has been a week now. Engineer had planned a visit which has been cancelled again. This is the 3rd time I got a message about a visit and it has been cancelled again.

No option but to search for a different service provider.

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

One week now and Jio Fibre is still down. God help me @JioCare

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare Got a message that the Jio Fibre has been repaired. Just restart the router. I did that but internet continues to be down. Now what ?

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare I got a message that internet service has been restored. But on checking after refreshing the modem ..

..it is still not working. To whom should I convey this ?

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare Dear Customer,
resolution for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number [phone] has been delayed and is expected to get resolved within 24 hours.
Team JioFiber

Earlier you said today. Now again delayed. 1 week no wifi

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

Today's the 4th day my Jio Fibre is down with no sign of revival and no information on when it will be back. No escalation ladder.
Chat box speaks gibberish. Kare to kya kare?,@JioCare

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare Complaint is already registered 6 days ago. You want me to reschedule the engineer visit again? Not clear.

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare It is going to be one week that my Jio Fibre is down with no information on by when it will be fixed

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare This reminds me of my past BSNL experience. No resolution and no information on by when it will be resolved as of day 4

[Harsh Chopra @hvchopra]

@JioCare There still is no clarity as to by when it will be resolved

@law_ninja Couldn't agree more. Goa hotels and taxis are overpriced. Thailand and SriLanka are far better
