@AmazonHelp Right, and it was a mail one week ago saying "we're looking into it". One week has gone and i dont have the product nor the refund. Now ive ordered them from @SwiggyInstamart, so I expect @amazonIN to process a refund!

@amazonIN how do i request a refund of Fresh order that has been marked as delivered (29jan), but not delivered. On speaking to your customer care (30jan), they indicated that it would be delivered the next day, which hasn't happened either
