@WHSmith curious, why do I have to scan boarding pass when buying mags at airport?

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@Wastecard yep I noticed! Cancelled for future!

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@tastecard tried that. Called from a company phone with withheld numbers. Shame mine wasn't a recorded call for training purposes

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@giffgaff no point. Was with t-mobile & had signal almost everywhere. Husband with O2 &has same issue. Coverage poor compared to T-mobile

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@giffgaff not just today, every day, slow and often missing. Rubbish compared to my last provide

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@tastecard auto renewal fail. I cancelled but I cannot prove I did. You cannot prove I didn't. But you win. #ripoff

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@giffgaff Internet signal sucks. Couldn't tell you earlier as lost again! Had to wait for wifi 😔

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@ryanjk gutted I missed it. I watched 90 cats and counting. David left the room. I 💗c5

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@networkrail @chilternrailway one of you must look after it, lights still out - boo 😢

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@ThomsonHolidays why do you need 56 days to deal with a flight delay claim? 31 days, after a 24!! Hour delay, surely that's enough time?

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@Cargohomeshop u should refund if u can't keep to ur part of contract. lucky visited store b4 you disappeared and I had useless vouchers

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@Cargohomeshop there are a few, but they don't expire until July 17...now I'm being rushed to spend them by March, nothing I want / need

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@Cargohomeshop sad you are closing. What about gift vouchers, can I exchange for cash?

@nectar cool thanks- how can I check I qualified?

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@nectar hi, this is a new query. About £25 bonus if you spent a certain number of points in December- sure I read in store

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@nectar Hello. Do you know when the bonus £25 will be added to our accounts?

[Helen Moore @HWHelen]

@CostaCoffee new chai latte, yum. But shouldn't the powder be strained? Not nice by second half :(
