@loveholidays Awful company. Booked a package holiday to Antalya just for my flights to be cancelled 2 weeks before and absolutely no help from customer service. Been told to ‘wait for a phone call’ and they don’t know when my flight will be rescheduled. No contact whatever! Not even an email.

Sent us to airport 300k from complex which closed all amenities 2days after getting there. miles from the town, woodland setting and hardly anyone there. Love holidays reply-it’s our fault for not checking. DONT USE THEM

@loveholidays so we arrived at our hotel in Egypt find out we had no room there. After three hours the rep sources us another hotel. Although the room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all. We have no way of calling to resolve this. What do we do??? Multiple issues. Nightmare
