@loveholidays And I did reach out to the airline as you mentioned and I understand it was airlines problem and I am dealing with it. But you even refused to amend my hotel booking with 0 flexibility. Raising matter with BBC’s Rip-off Britain

@loveholidays Guys stay away from Loveholidays if you can and use their competitors such jet2holidays. I’ve booked my holiday with them for first time and due to their lack of transparency and misinformation, we were denied boarding the flight and I have asked for full refund but refused.
