@HertsPolice@hertscc@Herts_Highways Mile House Lane. Inconsiderate contractors working in No. 2 & 4 blocking pavement and interfering with the smooth operation of the junction with London Road. Caicos! Never mind blocking the pavement. Been like this for 2 weeks!
@VerulamGC@HertsPolice These to old duffers we’re helping themselves to free use of the further reaches of your golf course this morning and blocking the only pavement at the entrance to Mile House Close again this morning. They arrive in the early hours and leave by 0730hrs
@VerulamGC@HertsPolice@Herts_Highways
I’m afraid the early morning golf course abusers are back, gaining entry to the course beyond Cotton Mill Lane and blocking the entrance to Mile House Close and totally blocking the pavement to pram users. Quite indignant when asked 2 stop
@Herts_Highways London Road / Mile House Lane / St. Vincent Dr jct. St Albans always floods at the Ped X-ing when it rains. This week the water was so high it broke the crown of the road and flooded into St. Vincent Dr. The reason is no drainage at the X-ing and blocked gully…..
@sommervilletv needs a medal let alone @BAFTA award 4 todays released footage from front line in Ukraine. I wasn’t expecting anything to emerge from the impact sight of two tank shells, let alone a BBC correspondent, clearly shaken and out of breath. Truly outstanding reporting!
@Herts_Highways@StAlbansCouncil No need, your team turned up late last night and cleared the road for us, so thank you for that. Just need the Council to clear their land of the debris now but it’s not in anyone’s way, just back to a poorly kept verge against a railway embankment. Thank you.
@StAlbansCouncil@Herts_Highways could you send someone to clear this fallen tree please, it’s blocking the road at AL11TD, been like it since 1300hrs. Fallen from Council land. Thank you.
@StAlbansPolice@highwaysagency ……and whoever thought of setting up a traffic light next to a broken down car, making it impossible to queue for the lights and allow people to turn in needs their head checking for grey matter. Thick jobsworth or what! And yes, the car there 1st
@hertscc@StAlbansPolice Temp traffic lights under railway bridge at Mile House Lane / Napsbury Lane / Cottonmill Lane all stuck on red again. No need for them at all, please remove before locals take matters into own hands!

@Bill_Parish@poly2847@MarkLodge1738 Your Hallstone Jewel is incorrectly suspended. The ribbon is supposed to be threaded through the oval hoop not clipped to a collarette. It’s a common amendment made over the years but wrong. See Ray Tillier in Letchworth’s at FMH, he can sort out the re-guilting and ribbon.
@PeeweePPDepGReg @poly2847@african_mason Not wishing to call you out on this but… Individuals as well as Lodges it would seem, although the latter are the more common.
@thehuwedwards BBC NEWS st 1800hrs. Far be it for me to correct you but that bottle was way bigger than a Magnum; I’d go as far as to say it was a Methuselah (6ltrs), but you might be in a better position to find out it’s true size. Respectfully yours.
@DepGSuptWilts@BillWyatt9 And it didn’t disappoint. Those staying to enjoy Scribe E’s new membership initiated a group phone call at 0000hrs and our excellent Icelandic visitor provided some unusual snuff (ground tobacco, gun powder and demented wood dust) what could possibly go wrong!
