Ravencoin was built for this.

Ravencoin Restricted Assets have built-in tools for compliance when tokenizing securities while still allowing for self-custody. This is light years ahead of other platforms.

For everything else, use Ravencoin Assets.

[PowRVN @ravencoin99]

People always start to care after the price goes up
“What is this coin about?” they ask.
When Ravencoin truly soars, more will finally see its real value —
the honesty of PoW, the strength of community,
and true decentralization.
This is the essence of Ravencoin. #Ravencoin #RVN

Ravencoin is freaking awesome.

In a sea of noise the project has stuck with its cypherpunk roots. The incentives are aligned. It was years and years ahead of its time on securities tokens, RWAs & NFTs/ collectibles.

Seven years now.

Ravencoin never raised a dollar. Never had a premine, developer reward, set aside or any incentive whatsoever to the devs or anyone else. Very cypherpunk. No central control.
Originated the term “real world assets” - specifically designed for securities tokens and other tokens such as collectibles. Ahead of it’s time.
Built off a Bitcoin code fork.
Digital assets are a good idea and are obviously here to stay. These assets will either be on Bitcoin or on specialized chains. I think Bitcoin is better focused on being money and has been slow in the digital assets space.
Ravencoin now has many years of demonstrating a strong network.
Weaknesses are that it is not tied in to other popular ecosystems, it doesn’t have the marketing and dev budget that pre-mined coins have and the asset names can be squatted or taken since there is no central control.
But even after all these years it remains one of the most secure, elegant means of creating tokens.
You can download the wallet and instantly create any sort of token you wish. No permission needed and no one can stop you.
As the industry has moved more towards trad fi rails, centralization and away from decentralization and cypherpunk values it seems there should be a place for a truly decentralized and open source protocol.

The only really valid criticism is if you just don’t believe tokens make sense. The trillion dollar stable coin and incoming trillion dollar securities token market show that there is a need for tokens. So how do you issue them?

There are definitely some interesting things which could be done with Ravencoin

- more work with Bitcoin as the asset layer & Bitcoin friendly tool for stablecoins, securities tokens, collectibles/ memes and other tokens - it’s very easy to create a secure token using RVN
- a DEX which works with RVN assets and trades with a BTC pair and BTC/RVN pair
- more integration with other platforms to work seem less Lu with Metamask & other ecosystems

🪶 Ravencoin (RVN): The Forgotten Miner’s Gem Ready for a Comeback?

While most blockchains chase hype, Ravencoin quietly stays true to its roots — asset issuance, decentralization, and real PoW mining. ⚒️ 2025 has been a quiet storm for RVN, trading near $0.0097–$0.01, but with growing whispers of renewed mining activity and fresh exchange listings, the flock might just be gathering again.

Unlike trendy L2 tokens, Ravencoin represents something old-school yet powerful — a blockchain that empowers builders and miners alike, not validators and whales. 🔥 The project’s simplicity remains its strength: no pre-mine, no ICO, just pure community and utility.

Analysts remain cautious, but the OG miners see opportunity brewing. If Ravencoin can reignite development and attract real-world tokenization projects, this bird might take flight once more. 🦅

Global currencies should be issued as stablecoins on Ravencoin.
This is because Ravencoin has no owner, no ICO, and exists independently.
From now on, the real competition will be who recognizes Ravencoin first.

Correction: At tZERO, we’re needlessly REBUILDING the infrastructure layer….

The open source infrastructure layer (Ravencoin) has already been built. It’s been running 24x7 since 2018.

[Tron Black 🅁🅅🄽𓄿₿ @tronblack]

The tools for compliance are built into Ravencoin. From KYC, to automatically restricting tokenized securities from moving to non-compliant addresses on-chain.

It was architected and built with tZero in mind.

tZero trades, but tokens (stock ownership) can be held by the owners in a compliant way.

This is the future and the way it should be done. Anything else is just a centralized database with no real improvement in transparency.

Jump straight to the ultimate solution @tZero.

Dear @coinbase,

Please consider listing Ravencoin ($RVN) – a truly decentralized, proof-of-work blockchain with no ICO, no premine, and real asset tokenization utility.

The Ravencoin blockchain has no CTRL+ALT+DEL, no off switch for a CEO or judge to kill the network.

Many “corporate blockchains” can be rebooted or shut down when convenient. If that’s your choice, you might as well build on Microsoft or Amazon, unless your goal is to look cool to investors who don’t know better. $RVN
