It is becoming quite embarrassing, especially when teammates are now making unnecessary comments about him. This level of public disrespect towards a player of his stature is unnecessary and disappointing. Tueh!

Fans, pundits and analysts have every right to debate his performances, but the least his teammates can do is stand by him publicly instead of adding fuel to the fire. Coming out to say that the team does not revolve around him only creates more division and unnecessary headlines.

Whether you like him or not, Ronaldo remains one of the greatest players to ever play the game and deserves a certain level of respect, particularly from those who share a dressing room with him.
