They have an English customer service who don't understand simple English and now I am without a ticket as they cancelled it without my approval.

@reliancetrends Was shopping in your mall in Borivali West and was so suprised that the toilets don't have provision for a baby changing table..we had to keep our baby on the ground and change him.
