just saw someone say we’re in a fanfic recession bc none of them are long or well written and im truly so tired of the way yall treat fanfic authors tbh
“I suck it up and push through with my disabilities. So can you”
You actually don’t get extra points for making yourself suffer. It doesn’t make you better.
i believe in re-reading and re-watching your favourite books & movies at different stages of your life. the plot never changes, but your perspective does.
“If you like/write characters who are bad people then that’s a reflection on you and what you believe” I genuinely believe if you have this mentality, you haven’t grown pass the age of 10 and all the media you consume is for children.
there’s this fic discourse happening rn about how terrible the ‘popular’ fics in fandom are, and they’re talking about these authors like they’re rich nepo baby industry plants and not just other normal people writing fanfiction for fun and it’s making me crazy
@CGcrescent I didn’t really like him much at first. I was surprised by his tenderness amidst his infuriating teasing. Eventually, I liked that he was mean to me, finding myself sad in the bounce bounce game when he was too nice XD. His charm is a teasing pinch and soft kiss to your cheek.
It's controlled when it's fictional. You don't have to worry about the hot stalker clown boi actually doing something dangerous and unpredictable to you.
