@troyblameshelen This.. "pure" vegetarians will go to genocide mc donalds and think their paneer patty isn't cuddling up with chicken thighs in the back like
Good for French protesters, they've no one in their ears telling them 'how to protest' 'to remain peaceful' 'who's names to not take' 'what slogans to not use' and aren't giving roses to police assaulting them, instead they are fighting back. Some buffoons here could really learn
I mean first of why is the responsibility on the non-vegetarian to ensure that their utensils don't mix? If u care so much about imaginary meat particles impuring ur soul then u keep seperate plate for urself.
We as a country shld stop catering to pure vegetarians.
intellectuals on desi twitter with zero understanding of the origins of caste when the entire concept of morality & purity in their strict vegetarian diet is rooted in casteism are trying to tell people it’s not untouchability 101 to keep separate utensils for people who eat meat
@narayannat@AXPosts No i don't consider anyone inferior. I'm vegetarian transitioning to vegan myself so whatever yall casteist people are assuming abt me it's not true 💞
Can like the vegetarians with superiority complex stfu. Genuinely if you don't like non veg it's fine stop moral policing on others, while we complain the older gens for moral policing y'all are not less either
and the fact that there's no such islamic law that you can't eat from a dish used for non halal food once washed just proves how ingrained untouchability is across cultures.
finding out untouchability isn't just limited to indian caste system. untouchability is a social phenomenon worldwide. when we denounce indian caste based untouchability, we're advocating for its abolition across religions and cultures.
Yall can bark about this not being about untouchability- but every argument contains words like ‘pure’ & ‘hygiene’ casually used around. Suddenly hygiene & pure is not a problem anymore with other veg eating folks but only against non vegetarians? Thats casteist.
