@FedEx I am losing my mind!!!! I have called 7 times over 2days to schedule a pick up and EITHER YOUR AUTO LADY DOESNT UNDERSTAND or, if I actually make it to a human, we get disconnected and they don’t call back so I have to start over!! I just want this package picked up!!!

@FedEx When I try to schedule it online it tells me the tracking number is invalid. BUT IT WAS VALID ON THE PHONE?!? Before we were disconnected and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!
