@sainsburys I am far happy with the service I would get from Sainsbury’s at the moment with regard to their online service. This is not very disabled friendly and nor are the delivery people at times.

What what is not very nice is when your delivery driver. Missing.

I haven’t heard anything good about Social Services apart from the cut off, but what we need is personalisation with flexibility, otherwise it is SHIT as usual
