We believe vaults have great potential and are a valuable feature of Hyperliquid, as demonstrated by the Hyperliquidity Provider and its $235m in TVL

But community vaults suffer from a lack of discoverability which we anticipate will be addressed by builders

Interestingly, most vaults appear to be on the smaller side, with a large majority below $1000 in TVL, but a few high-valued ones stand out

With @HyperliquidX claiming more than 30% of Arbitrum's USDC, a large portion of these deposits have gone to HLP. The result? A lowering APR down to 10%

But HLP is not the only vault on Hyperliquid. Can Community Vaults benefit from these circumstances? Read on to find out 🧵

TVL allocated to community vaults has gone through a bumpy ride since March, but it seems to be on the rise again reaching $12.5m currently

But as it turns out, far from all of these vaults are actually active!

A little less than half of them are actually live and accepting deposits.

Just how many vaults are there? Turns out, quite a few!
With 3951 vaults created by the community in total, there’s currently 10 to 20 vaults created every day, meaning the feature has some enduring interest in it.
