You can't converse and negotiate your way out of a dead bedroom. False "hard way".
The real "hard ways" are - if the woman has lost attraction to the man, he needs to work on himself, get in shape, become more confident, stop being a loser.
If the man has lost attraction to the woman, she probably got fat or is acting like a nagging shrew constantly. Might be her fault to fix. However in both cases, can also be explained in some instances by the man being weak and/or unattractive.
@JnReznick@buckadeath Not necessarily - it's just the end result of *some* process which everyone just says automatically is natural selection since that's the default theory, and then hand waves unexplainable complexity like the woodpecker's tongue
@JnReznick@buckadeath That's just a description of what happens at the population level.
Any process that changes who carries what genes produces a change in allele frequency
@ControGorilla@buckadeath That's right, we just got from "no tongue protecting brain" to "full tongue brain protection" in a single mutation that fixated through the whole population
No, it should be your posterior chain. The deadlift is not a back exercise.
If is it tiring your back, you have mobility limitations, which mean the wrong muscle is compensating, which you should address.
At least have a clue about what you're criticising.

Not trying to troll, and maybe there's good advice in there, but a woman cannot give a boy his masculine self-worth unfortunately, no matter how good a job she does in other regards.
I hope the book contains advice for boys to find respected male mentors. Martial arts training, sports coaches, the suchlike.
Without this, they're likely to seek their worth in self-destructive ways.
