@IKEAIndia Finally the pick up is completed after 4 days, now it’s time to wait for the refund. Hopefully this should happen in a jiffy, no third party involved. I wonder what customers do if they don’t use social media…🙄

Call Center gives same excuses that the transport company is having issues and keeps giving a new pick up time. no one turns up. @Mumbai please don’t patronise Ikea. Hugely disappointing global brand not living upto standards.
