Listen, PPG is not a poor indie game company and they will not go belly up after 2 weeks of boycotting HOWEVER the point of a boycott is literally to show them that if customer concerns are not addressed, significant revenue will be lost that could, long term, make the game less/unprofitable. That’s the point.
Infold employees are not going home without paychecks because you don’t log in. However valkos cancelation represents real people on his creative team losing their jobs. If you want to have sympathy for anyone, have sympathy for them. Not logging in, not spending money, tells infold that you’re not okay with those people’s hard work being tossed aside to appease bullies and save face.
The games profits can recover. If infold put out a roadmap that included bug and game fixes, a new Valko release timeline, MS update and banner schedules, they could literally solve 90% of their financial setback in about an hour because most angry people would go back to the game. But not until they actually listen to players

This is the first email out of the many I've sent that genuinely felt as if they're listening instead of sending bot messages. I wish the customer service for EN and CN were of this caliber.
This line here: "We cannot provide individual information beyond what has been announced regarding this matter, but we will do our best to respond to the sincere and passionate feelings that you have shown us," seems like a good sign to me.
They cannot speak on it, but they hear our passion. Do not give up!! We're making an impact, even if it feels small.
