You’re mixing incentives with ethics.
Yes affiliates, traders, staff, and firms are all here for money. That’s not a hot take. That’s the P&L.
That doesnt mean payouts, rules, and marketing are outside right and wrong. A firm’s job is not “make more than it pays.” A firm’s job is to sell a defined product and settle it as advertised. Profit is the result if the model works. It is not a license to move the finish line after someone clears it.

I see transparency in whom I work with and wouldn't call it dirty business. Hard? yes, trading is hard. No news here.
