Least to most dangerous:
Vape
No combustion means far fewer toxins, tar, and CO than any smoked product. Still addictive via nicotine and not risk-free long-term.
Cannabis joint
Combustion produces many of the same irritants and carcinogens as tobacco smoke, causing lung irritation and bronchitis. Evidence for lung cancer is weaker and typical use volume is lower.
Cigar
Tobacco combustion with high toxin levels per unit. Strongly raises oral, throat, and esophageal cancer risk even without deep inhalation; overall mortality risk elevated but usually lower than cigarettes due to less frequent/deep use.
Cigarette
Highest risk. Frequent deep inhalation of combusted tobacco delivers the greatest cumulative exposure to carcinogens, driving the strongest links to lung cancer, COPD, heart disease, and premature death.
@NobleQAli Exactly! I always wonder why there ain't much Jamaican jerk chicken, Lebanese grill or doner kebabs in China, pretty sure they are going to be popular
