This is so depressing to watch...
No sense of responsibility or civic ownership among the masses, and total apathy among those responsible for cleanliness.
What's worse is that it's become so normalized that people still hang out and have fun amid this filth.
"18 students died due to a paper leak, all were Hindus but no Hindu organisations & Hinduwadi Sangathan came forward in their support or even to show solidarity
This is their real face, they are only interested if Muslim is involved, Shameless"
Lady destroys Hindutva Hypocrisy!
Alia Bhatt appeared on Samay Raina's show India's Got Latent to promote her movie.
When Samay Raina offered her regular water, she refused, saying only drinks special electrolyte water.
The same Alia Bhatt promotes Frooti through advertisement for money. Sugary drink Frooti has high preservatives which causes obesity and Diabetes.
This is the reality of Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhat, they mislead people while following strict diets & different lifestyles themselves
Even fuel dealers are now openly warning customers that ethanol-blended petrol can attract water, contaminate fuel tanks, cause starting issues, and lead to vehicle performance problems.
So Indians are expected to pay premium prices for adulterated fuel and then take extra precautions to protect their own vehicles from the very fuel being sold to them.
If this is the government's idea of consumer welfare, it's a complete failure. Policies that burden millions of motorists while shifting all responsibility onto them will have political consequences. BJP is standing on the edge of defeat in 2029 if it continues to ignore public concerns over ethanol-blended fuel.
What is this @PetroleumMin@nitin_gadkari@HardeepSPuri@IndianOilcl
If E20 is completely safe, why won't the government release its own report?
- A Mumbai-based banker, Nachiket Deshpande, filed an RTI seeking the actual research studies the Petroleum Ministry itself cited as proof E20 is safe → the ones conducted by IOCL, ARAI, and SIAM. The response: the reports cannot be revealed. The ministry cited the very data it used to justify its own policy, then classified that data when someone asked to see it.
- This isn't the first time this study has caused trouble. A 2014-15 government-funded study by ARAI, the Indian Institute of Petroleum, and Indian Oil Corporation already found up to a 6% decline in fuel economy depending on vehicle type → years before E20 became mandatory nationwide. The government has known about the efficiency hit since before it pushed the policy.
- In Parliament, the government has repeatedly told the Rajya Sabha that E20 causes no significant compatibility issues and no abnormal wear and tear. Outside Parliament, when a citizen asks to actually verify that claim with the underlying data, the answer is confidentiality.
- Millions of vehicle owners have no choice in this. They didn't get a say in the policy, they can't get a say in the data, and they're the ones absorbing the cost → reduced mileage, possible long-term engine wear, parts replacement. Taxpayers fund ARAI and IOCL. The research belongs to the public that paid for it.
This isn't about whether E20 works or doesn't. It's about whether a government that demands compliance from every citizen is willing to be transparent about the evidence behind that demand.
If the data supports your policy, publishing it costs you nothing. Refusing to publish it costs you everything → starting with trust.

Shameless Modi govt takes a u turn immediately after War is over.
These nincompoops dont understand anything.
India must explore more oil inside the country to reduce dependence on imports but when psychos like Hardeep Puri and Nitin Gadkari are minister, even God cant save us
Petrol adulteration has reached alarming levels. First came ethanol blending, and now it feels like fuel stations can mix whatever they want. Consumers have no transparency and no way of knowing how much ethanol is actually being blended by OMCs. This is a disgraceful situation for millions of vehicle owners.
@PetroleumMin, your ministry has failed to ensure transparency and accountability. Policies that create uncertainty for consumers while risking vehicle performance deserve serious scrutiny. The people of India deserve better than this.
E20 petrol = 106
Pure petrol = 167
Pure ethanol = 82
I hope every common man thinks hard and long before voting for BJP. Because thugs like @nitin_gadkari will loot you for your every last penny if they get more power !!
