For those who still don't get why an AI monopoly is terrifying:

Many people are completely ignoring the red flags.
The argument of "Oh, they won't monopolize it" no longer works.

They are already limiting access to frontier models to only their "chosen" corporations, leaving the general public with inferior models.

AI is already directly tied to human productivity, and it will be even more so in the future.
Your competitiveness against other humans is now decided by your access to frontier models.

We call this the creation of a permanent underclass.
This is no longer theoretical—it is literally happening right now.

Just last year, people thought a $20/month subscription was expensive, and they got plenty of usage.
Now, people paying $200/month are literally cheering when their weekly limits reset, begging for more.

Even this $200 sub is heavily subsidized, being 50x cheaper than raw API costs.
They make their actual profits by selling expensive APIs to enterprise B2B.

But now, subscription usage limits are getting cut in half with every single update.
And it’s only going to get more expensive.

Soon, it will hit $1,000/month.
Most people in the world don't make enough money to drop that kind of cash on AI.

The rich, who can afford the premium models, will leverage higher intelligence to pump out massive productivity.
Those locked out will keep losing the race due to lower relative productivity.
This is how a monopoly dictates social class.

And yet, they are now out here gaslighting everyone, calling "intelligence for everyone" a communist propaganda.

Take a good second to think about it: everyone having access to intelligence vs. a ruling class monopolizing it and throwing crumbs to the public.
Which one is actually dystopian and communist?
