Whenever I had called on the phone, no one ever answered which is just terrible and inexcusable which is why I had to visit a store which. Please make matters right and finally send me the code, so this can be settled correctly once and for all. Your email reps are also awful.

I found out today that there was apparently a preorder code I was supposed to receive when I had preordered "The Last of Us Part 1" a long time ago.  I never received this code in my email though and it was never in the box.  My order number is 173911915

I already had a terrible experience when I preordered the game years ago, as my order never arrived, and then it took weeks to get a new one shipped to me.  I had to visit a store and have them be on hold on the phone forever themselves just to get this resolved.

@SEPTA My train has barely moved on the Warminster line on the way to Center City. We are staying still for 20 minutes or longer, barely move, then stop again, rinse and repeat. This is literally the worst transportation service I have ever experienced. You guys are fucking trash!
