This is one of the first videos of my fully automated AI bird capture system. Preview frames are sent over USB & analyzed on a Linux machine where inferences are performed to detect the presence of birds. When birds are there or not, recording is automatically started or stopped

My bird capture is complex. I use a USB direct cable for the Sony camera right to IEDT on my Mac for video. I also have a remote trigger for capturing stills. Camera is in manual mode, and the white balance, focus, ISO, speed, and aperture are computed and fixed all in advance
