Building HORIZON. RWA infrastructure
Solo founder, pseudonymous. Stealth since November 2025.
Going public to document the build journey including the fail
I’m exhausted today.
The project feels truly massive.
Yet I keep going.
Because this is exactly why I built the 12 locks from the very beginning.
Phase 0 continues.
Still in full light.
HORIZON Update A heavy day.
I’m exhausted today.
The project feels truly massive.
Yet I keep going.
Because this is exactly why I built the 12 locks from the very beginning.
Phase 0 continues.
Still in full light.
Day 20
HORIZON Update Vision complete. Now launching execution.
The intellectual construction phase is over.
The foundation is rock solid.
HORIZON is not just another RWA project.
It’s a real protocol designed to turn illiquid physical assets into truly liquid investments, while giving project owners secure, reinforced legal access to capital.
We are now launching the execution phase.
This morning: first call with a Swiss law firm to legally validate the entire v7.2 whitepaper.
This afternoon: second firm.
Immediate launch priorities:
• Full legal validation of the architecture
• Recruit a CTO who truly believes in the vision (significant equity + real adventure)
• Finalize the website with the first real visions of the protocol (so you can finally see what it will look like)
Phase 0 is live.
Radical transparency
@KhalidAlNumi How can you push people around? Do you think you can do that only because you wear a shemagh? Who’s going to listen to you? I’ve never seen anyone benefit even a single USD from you. If I’m wrong, send your testimonies.
@KevinSzabo14 I don't want to be a millionaire; that's just a consequence of what we call success. The truth is, I just want to bring my ideas to life, and that's what's great.
@TTrimoreau Patience la vrai travailler durement sans voir de résultat mais continuer se remettre en question étudier son secteur croire travailler travailler travailler et patienter c est le plus dure
Yesterday I told you the raw truth: the 12 reasons why this project could very well never take off.
Most people read them as deadly risks.
I see them as the 12 locks that separate those who truly succeed from those who fail.
Because:
• Still being completely alone, without a team or board, isn’t a weakness it’s the first lock that forces me to build everything in a way that anyone can verify at any time.
• Having an overly ambitious vision is risky… but it’s also the lock that stops me from building something ordinary.
• Not having raised the first structuring funds yet, having no track record, and facing SPVs in emerging markets… these are the locks that test whether we’re truly willing to pay the real price.
I could explain exactly how I plan to solve these 12 problems, but the intellectual construction phase is over.
I’m going to show you.
This is exactly why the 12 Security Locks exist in the whitepaper.
This is why everything is public, reproducible, and non-circumventable.
Phase 0 continues.
Legal opinions underway with several firms.
I’m still looking for a CTO who truly wants the adventure (significant equity + real skin in the game).
I don’t promise you success.
I only promise that I will never lie to you.
And if we make it… it won’t be despite these 12 reasons.
It will be because of them
What has caused the biggest frauds and crises has always been the same poison:
data that no one else could reproduce + “independent” audits that never actually verified anything.
• Madoff (2008): $65 billion in fictitious returns. The SEC and auditors never verified the trades with a third party.
• Enron (2001): Fake off-balance-sheet accounts, Arthur Andersen complicit. Collapsed in 24 days.
• 2008 Crisis: Opaque CDOs with in-house ratings. No one could reproduce the models. $700 billion went up in smoke.
• Wirecard (2020): $1.9 billion “disappeared”. Auditors never verified the existence of the funds.
• FTX (2022): Total black box, ghost audits. Billions evaporated in days.
If we go even further back, the same pattern repeats: South Sea Bubble (1720), Tulip Mania (1637), Savings & Loan crisis (1980s)… opacity + blind trust in unverifiable intermediaries.
This is exactly why, at my humble level, I’m building on x
From day one, alone (lol with Grok), but fully in public and in broad daylight:
a protocol where every single step is verifiable by anyone, at any time.
All data reproducible.
All audits independent and non-circumventable.
Everything decentralized so people can directly access their assets, their liquidity, their funds and their freedom without contestable intermediaries and with minimal risk.
No black box.
No “trust me”.
Just mechanisms that hold even if I go bankrupt tomorrow.
Day 18
The 12 reasons why this project could very well crash and burn
I promised you I’d be honest.
Today I’m going to be brutally honest.
Here are the 12 reasons why HORIZON could very well never take off or crash spectacularly along the way:
1. I’m still building everything intellectually alone.
2. I have no CTO, no real team, and no credible board.
3. The first small structuring raise ($300k) isn’t even closed yet.
4. A regulatory change (FINMA, MiCA, Howey Test) could destroy everything overnight.
5. The vision is way too ambitious and complex (12 Verrous, 13 AI agents, quadruple physical audit on every single asset…).
6. The first pilot could easily fail despite all the locks.
7. I don’t have a qualified investor network for the $5M raise.
8. I have zero track record: no tokenized assets, no successful exits.
9. The quadruple physical audit is a nightmare to scale.
10. Local SPVs in emerging markets are an operational hell.
11. The RWA market could simply stay cold and never take off.
12. I risk burnout and massive key-man risk: everything still rests far too heavily on me.
I’m not complaining.
I’m just telling you the truth as I see it.
