قمت بطلب إلغاء تأشيرة على منصة مساند من تاريخ 21/04/2026 و حتى تاريخ اليوم لم استرجع مبلغ التأشيرة (٢٠٠٠ ريال) و السبب انتظار الالغاء لدى الخارجية. نامل الإفادة بشأن التأشيرة رقم 1907993182

@Musaned_DL مضى اكثر من شهرين على رفع طلب الالغاء ولا يوجد لديكم فترة زمنية محددة لاسترداد المبلغ ولا آلية تتبع لطلب الالغاء . أرجو منكم تزويدي بالجهة الحكومية المسؤولة عن مساند حتى يتم تصعيد الشكوى.

@Musaned_DL تم رفع طلب إلغاء تأشيرة عاملة منزلية من سريلانكا بتاريخ 20/04/2026 والى الان لم يصلني استرداد المبلغ وحالة التأشيرة " بانتظار الالغاء لدى الخارجية " وتم رفع عدة شكاوى والتواصل معكم و الرد يكون "تحت الإجراء من قبل عدة جهات حكومية " . ارجوا منكم التوضيح
